How do you ensure chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?

We use specialized insulated packaging and cold packs during warmer months or when shipping to hot climates. We also offer expedited shipping options to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect, artisanal condition.

Are your chocolates nut-free or allergen-free?

While we offer products without nut ingredients, all of our chocolates are produced in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, milk, soy, and wheat. We recommend those with severe allergies exercise caution.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship our chocolates within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and customs regulations.

What is the shelf life of your bonbons and truffles?

Because we use fresh ingredients and no artificial preservatives, our bonbons and truffles are best enjoyed within 2 to 3 weeks of delivery. Store them in a cool, dry place between 65-68°F.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?

Yes, you can add a complimentary gift message during the checkout process. We will print your message on a card and include it with your chocolate delivery.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt for a resolution.
